Used Bike Guide: Editor's Ramble - Oct - Nov 2010
By: Web Editor
Welcome back folks!
Personally, I’ve had one of the most enjoyable bike riding summers ever this year. Obviously it was helped by the great weather (forgetting the soggy August of course!) but I seem to have really enjoyed every ride I’ve been on, whether for work or pleasure.

Days like the MPG challenge you’ll find on page 23 were such a laugh and a different type of ride to my normal one, but enjoyable at the same time. I’ve done track days, race meetings, advanced riding days and as I write this I’m just back from a 450 mile scooter trip to the Isle of Wight.
It doesn’t stop there though because just after I finish writing this I’ll be heading for the overnight ferry from Hull for a trip to Liege, on two wheels of course.
We’ve still got a few weeks of mild riding weather left though before we need to start wrapping up, so whatever you ride, wherever you go and whatever the weather forecast get out there and make the most of it – we certainly will!
We’re moving with the times here at UBG towers (we’ve even got electricity in Lincolnshire now!) so keep your browser pointed to www.usedbikeguide.com because our website has just been revamped and it’ll have regular updates between issues to keep you up to date with the latest news.
